The rehabilitation of an edentulous patient is getting complicated if the ridge large and excessively defective. This clinical report describes restoration a severely resorbed maxilla 49-year-old male with hybrid denture. intermaxillary vertical occlusal distance was considerably increased due to resorption alveolar tuber maxilla. An acrylic resin based implant retained denture fabricated compensate decrease weight prosthesis. After follow-up period 5 year it noticed that satisfied functional esthetic functions
